The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all documents and proof of purchase.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The absence of the receipt or accompanying documents makes the return unacceptable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

15.Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

In case customs duties or other charges apply in the destination country, the buyer is responsible for paying them. Our company is not responsible for any additional charges.<\/p>

Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 14 days on all products (except handmade Products Pictures and Canvases) and provided that the problem has been confirmed by us Upon contact.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
