Exceptions to non-returnable items: Handmade images are unique and crafted with care. We do not accept returns on handmade products (handmade images) and (handmade painted canvases), as they are unique and delicate works of art. Also already with discount or gift cards.

We do not accept returns on handmade Pictures and handmade Painted Canvases from all countries. : From countries within the European Union, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all documents and proof of purchase.
The absence of the receipt or accompanying documents makes the return unacceptable.
15.Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
In case customs duties or other charges apply in the destination country, the buyer is responsible for paying them. Our company is not responsible for any additional charges.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 14 days on all products (except handmade Products Pictures and Canvases) and provided that the problem has been confirmed by us Upon contact.
Refunds: Refunds are only made if the replacement product is out of stock in which case we will issue the return within 20 Days.
